OBEXGATE partners introduce organisations that need executable AI governance, regulatory evidence, and runtime control. The programme is capability-based, not deal-size based.
You can introduce opportunities at any level. What you are authorised to deliver depends on certification.

This programme is designed for governance advisors, compliance specialists, AI consultants, legal-adjacent professionals, systems advisors, and enterprise operators who already work with organisations facing AI governance, regulatory, or execution-control pressure.
We are especially interested in partners with existing trust relationships in regulated or governance-sensitive markets.
Partner levels
Four partner levels.
Pure Referrer
Introduces qualified opportunities. No EVF delivery, no certification requirement, and no client delivery responsibility.
Tier 1 Practitioner
Certified by Niti Logic to run the standard EVF intake across Domains 1 to 10. Can introduce opportunities of any size. Engagements requiring FRIA or advanced delivery are escalated or jointly delivered.
Tier 2 Advisor
Certified at advanced level to deliver the full 17-domain instrument, including FRIA-oriented intake. Suitable for partners with deeper governance, compliance, or advisory capability.
Tier 3 Architect
Certified at architect level to lead enterprise, regulated-sector, and audit-defensible engagements. Built for partners able to support complex governance deployments.
There is no deal-size cap at any level. The distinction is what the partner is authorised to deliver, not who they are allowed to introduce.

Qualification
Certification path.
Partner qualification follows a structured path: application, screening, assessment, certification, and partner agreement.
Certified partners must demonstrate domain experience, judgement under uncertainty, and the ability to use OBEXGATE materials only within authorised scope.
Advanced certified partners may be subject to delivery review to maintain programme integrity.
What partners can introduce.
Partners may introduce organisations that need AI governance assessment, EVF intake, Shadow AI Discovery, regulatory mapping, Observer Mode rollout, Enforce Mode deployment, or enterprise governance infrastructure.
Opportunities may range from early governance review to complex deployment. Delivery scope depends on certification level.
Commercial terms.
Commission is available for qualifying partner-originated engagements. Specific commercial terms are discussed privately during partner qualification and depend on certification level, delivery authority, and engagement type.
OBEXGATE does not publish partner commission rates on the public site.
