1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OBEXGATE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Use on behalf of an organisation constitutes acceptance by that organisation.
2. Description of Service
OBEXGATE is a governance execution platform that provides:
- Decision classification and constraint systems
- Regulatory mapping and cross-framework alignment
- Execution-layer enforcement logic
- Audit-grade reporting and trace artefacts
The platform produces decision-support outputs only. OBEXGATE is not a law firm, a regulatory authority, a certification body, or a licensed professional service.
3. No Professional Advice
Nothing within OBEXGATE constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice. All outputs require independent validation and must not be relied on as sole decision authority.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You retain full responsibility for all decisions made using the platform
- You will implement appropriate human oversight
- You will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
You must not submit:
- Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Sensitive personal data
- Third-party confidential data without authorisation
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use OBEXGATE to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Simulate compliance where none exists
- Misrepresent outputs as certified or authoritative decisions
- Reverse engineer or extract system logic
- Probe or exploit system vulnerabilities without authorisation
6. Data Handling Overview
OBEXGATE operates on a minimal data retention model:
- Inputs are processed transiently
- Submission content is not stored after processing
- Email is the primary identifier for access and delivery

7. Intellectual Property
All platform components, including architecture, the PRISM framework, OBEXGATE execution structures, and output formats, are the intellectual property of Niti Logic LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise platform components without permission.
8. Platform Availability
The platform is provided "as available." We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niti Logic LLC is not liable for regulatory penalties, business losses, data loss, or decision outcomes. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Niti Logic LLC against claims arising from misuse, regulatory consequences of your decisions, and violations of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or misuse of the platform.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
